About Us

A little about how we began and where we are going.

We are here to serve you.

Business Coach & Funding Concierge, minus the circus—fast, secure, explained. Strategy and capital coaching when you want it.

Johann De Villiers, mortgage broker

And now for something completely different: I’m Johann— A Business Coach & Funding Concierge for business owners, the self-employed, 1099 earners, builders, fix & flippers and investors all who are bankable but not bank-shaped. With access to C2 Financials’ 100+ lenders and   decades experience in building, turning around and managing companies, raising capital, and running M&A I can help provide solutions to maximize your operations and secure optimal funding.

With a background as an entrepreneur and founder of several businesses across diverse industries, as such I understand the unique challenges and opportunities you face. My mission is to integrate your mortgage decisions seamlessly into your broader financial strategy, enhancing cash flow, building equity, and maximizing tax benefits.
Let’s make your mortgage work for you, not the other way around. I’d love to hear about what’s most important to you in selecting a home loan. What are your top concerns and priorities? Together, we can develop a customized strategy that fits your personal situation perfectly.

Looking forward to helping you achieve your dreams!

Let me help you make the best decision of your life.

My enthusiasm is deeply grounded in two main areas: humor, particularly the witty humor of Monty Python, and the world of hospitality, with a particular focus on the culinary aspects of the industry. This passion for cooking has led me to adopt the hashtag #mortgagechef, and it’s not uncommon for my posts to feature both delectable food preparations and a sprinkle of John Cleese-style humor.

In addition to my culinary interests, I have a strong passion for God and studying the Bible and engaging in discussions about it. I thoroughly enjoy conversing about religious topics, particularly with cultural Christians and non-believers alike.
